Johan Opperman
Founder
Johan brings 25 years of Global Mobility and Outsourced Employment experience to the table in the form of advice, consulting and/or training.
Johan is the founder and former CEO of Netherlands-originating Parakar Group, which he founded in 2001, and which from ~2014 onwards became a thought- and concept-leader around EOR in the 10 major European economies.
Johan is an active promotor of concepts like EOR and AOR in various committees of the World Employment Confederation, the global platform where HR services providers globally unite to work towards a better FUTURE of WORK
