Many organizations in the traditional world of employment services, ánd their regional (con)federations, till date still regard EOR / Employer of Record services, as a sub-classification of Employment Agency Work.
I, and reality with me, tend to differ greatly here. The labour market requirements for which any form of oursourced employment (EOR, PEO, even AOR), brings the solution, are essentially and principally different than those for which the concept of Employent Agency services is considered (and standardized via ILO Resolution 181 and the EU Agency Directive for example.
By means of consulting and training, I can provide insights in the exact working of EOR and similar services. Allowing those that till now (in my humble opinion) have a too narrow view on the differences, to obtain better insights in the differences and added value of the concept.
